All About Me

I am a neurodivergent woman who is passionate about living life to the fullest. I can laugh at myself and always take responsibility for my actions. No one is perfect but I have learnt to respect myself and not allow others to disrespect me. I love helping others achieve their goals and dreams by setting and maintaining boundaries and am no stranger to adversities as I have had my own share of personal struggles. As an empath I share my insight and wisdom to help others heal and offer another perspective and a safe place for authentic reflections. I know that people who seek therapy are wanting to heal from their past and want new tools for their tool box, I help people develop new strategies to help them achieve their goals in their own time.

For the past 29 year, I have helped people find their authentic selves and pursue respectful relationships. The journey towards having respectful relationships involves setting and maintaining boundaries, treating others like you want to be treated and not allowing others to treat you with disrespect. Finding inner peace and calm comes at a cost. It involves putting yourself first and not minimising your own needs, wants and happiness.

I believe my role is to empower and assist people who want to achieve growth by developing new pathways for change. Words that others have used to describe me include having integrity, authenticity, empathy, curiosity, generosity, insight, wisdom and passion. I admire the human spirit and the persistence of the mind to heal itself and make new connections for positive change.
